All Users Please Read This – Posting Guidelins

Posting New Topics Guidelines -

Avoid using ALL CAPS : as it is very difficult to read, secondly anything written in ALL CAPS is totally IGNORED by search engines, hence your post may be brilliant but others seraching for it on search engines may never be able to reach it..

Changing the CAPS is very simple just open MICROSOFT WORD and select your text goto to FORMAT menu and select CHANGE CASE. to lowercase or title case as desirable.

Limited Web Space and Bandwith : Dear users we are using paid webspace and bandwidth hence it is advisable wherever possible to post a few paragraphs and then copy a link to that article so that the web space can be utilized for the topics which are not present on another sites.

If you would like to share Huge Powerpoint presentations, articles in pdf format or huge presentations its better to upload them on free servers and then share there link in the post..this will save us hosting space which can be utilized for more post..

One good free server which i have used is http://www.mediafire.com/ it allows you to create and account and upload files upto 200 mb and gives u a link to access the file..through this link one can download the file on his computer or also view it online...

so now feel free to share anything you have with us..

As long as possible try to use "Add image to post" to add image to the post bcoz then the image is not hosted on our server its hosted on free server and only a link is give to our server

Copying and Pasting Guidelines : Some users copy and paste extensive and lengthy content from different websites and post it at the Aulia-e-hind Forums. This is generally highly un-recommended and extremely undesirable. Copied and pasted extensive and lengthy posts can:

> Be difficult for most viewers to read;

> Consequently reducing the chances of them being thoroughly viewed;

> Make it harder for viewers to digest the contents;

> Slow down and even temporarily halt the internet connections of those viewers who do not have considerably fast or strong internet connections.

Therefore, the following guidelines should be kept in mind before posting:

> If a link to the content will suffice then a link should be pasted and not the content. This is regardless of whether the content consists of a few paragraphs or lengthy essays. Content may consist of news bulletins, videos, clips, essays, questions and answers, articles, books, pictures, etc. In any case, a link will be adequate.

> However, if the source website (from which the user is copying the content) is (1) a non-Sunni website and (2) may be regarded as harmful to Muslims - especially Sunni Muslims - then the content should be pasted without the link. In such cases, pasting content is recommended and desirable.

> Likewise, if users fear that the content may be removed from the source website then in such cases pasting is also recommended and desirable.

> Extensive and lengthy posts authored by users themselves such as detailed answers to questions are also welcome and therefore do not contradict Copying and Pasting Guidelines.

This forum is for information sharing and to spread message of islam, to help and assist people know about actual islam sunni islam, please do not use this forum to ask for donations or personal favours, do not accept any money for any offerings to dargahs or any other thing. any person found doing any such activity will be banned permanently and we will initiate legal action against him or her..

1. I would like to Inform All MALE members that whenever thy address any FEMALE member PLEASE put the WORD "SISTER" compulsorily before the name of the lady..
2. Never invite a Female member for CHATTING alone ..if there is a Group discussion going on then its Ok..otherwise its strictly prohibited on our Forum
